
Ingredients:
Organic chicken livers
Mushrooms
Organic, nitrate-free bacon
Duck fat (rendered from organic Christmas duck)
Walnuts (to improve the omega-3 profile)
White wine
Smoked paprika
Dill
Thyme
Sea salt
I'll be eating this on celery, not crackers, of course.
And sparingly, since it's a fat bomb.
