Workout of the Day

Three rounds for time:

100 Double-unders
30 x 20 lb wall-balls
30 x 20" box jumps

For those of us that can't do double-unders (me, and a few others) substitute 4 singles for every double under.

This workout turned out to be so intense that Daniel called for us to stop after only 2 rounds.
