On Feb 23rd, I started hiking the Appalachian Trail. Starting at Harpers Ferry, the location of the headquarters of the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, and heading north, I have now completed over 100 miles of the trail.
Which means I have less than 2076 miles to go!
My progress is journaled at www.trailjournals.com/superslacker.
Read it and weep.

Workout of the Day
As many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:
5 pull-ups
5 push-ups
Score: 18 rounds
So all told, I did 90 of each, not counting the requisite 20 I did for the warm-up. I tore dime-sized hunks of flesh off each palm — BUT, I did 110 pull-ups! A couple months ago, I was just getting my first pull-up since high school.
