Workout of the Day

Five rounds for reps (calories on rower) of:
Pull-ups, 1 minute
Push-ups, 1 minute
Sit-ups, 1 minute
Squats, 1 minute
Row, 1 minute
Rest, 1 minute

Set up like Fight Gone Bad, there is no rest between exercises- move from one exercise to the next. Rest one minute between rounds.
