Travel one mile on foot, carrying a sandbag equal to your body weight. Every time you set the bag down, you receive a 15 second penalty. Your objective is to complete the Rutman Mile under 15 minutes. The goal here is to WORK UP to eventually being able to achieve bodyweight in under 15 minutes.
